Our logo designers work with you to make sure that our team creates and visually represents
the image you want for your business. If at any time during the initial design stage you feel
our team has not developed the right logo or look and feel, you have two options:
Option 1: If you have reviewed your initial logo concepts and have not requested any alterations
you may request a refund with respect to our terms and conditions.
Option 2: You may request a redesign, which means a different group of designers creates brand
new concepts for you to choose from based on your feedback on the original concepts
at no extra charge.
Our goal is to create the perfect logo for your business, one that you will be proud of.
