Q :  How do I place a logo design order?

Answer:
You can order a custom logo design by clicking here to view our logo design packages. Then, simply choose the package that fits your needs and budget. Next fill in the required fields on our secure order form and click on submit.

You may also call us on our toll-free number at 1.866.790.5646 and speak directly to a LogoMojo design manager.
 
Once you place your order you will be contact by our accounts department to supply you with your invoice and design due date. You will also be supplied with a username and password to access your logo design display page.

Q :  How long has LogoMojo been in business?

LogoMojo.com has been in business since 1992 and owes much of its success to the clients who have allowed us to explore and create on their behalf.

Today we are one of the largest online corporate identity creators . We are proud to house some of the most diverse, talented and creative group of designers, marketers, writers, project coordinators, and managers in the branding business. Q :  Do you only deal with companies in the USA?

Answer: 
LogoMojo is an international design company.
We have created logo designs for companies from all parts of the world. We study different designs and trends from all over the world and our designs can creatively tap into different target markets in order to create logo designs that attract your audience.

Q :  What happens once I place my logo design order?

Answer: 
We have a 3 to 5 day turn around time on our design packages before your initial logo concepts are available for viewing.

This turn around time is needed to thoroughly and concisely research your company, product or service. We need to understand your type of business before we create any unique designs.

Q :  How long will it take to receive my logo deign samples?

Answer: 
Your initial logo design samples will be ready within 3 to 5 business days after payment is accepted.

Q :  What is the advantage of getting so many initial logo concepts to choose from?

Answer: 
All our logo designers have a unique style and way of creating their logos for you. Each designer will supply 2 - 5 logos that they think best represents your company. The more designers means the more point of views you will receive for initial concepts.
 
Once you view them you may choose a few elements from each design to add together for your next round. Example: Fonts from logo design 1, colors from logo design 8, general look of logo 15... every round of changes will narrow it down to your final logo.
 
Many logo design companies have 1 or 2 logo designers working on your project. This method is not effective. The reason: A graphic designer has a style, a specific look that can be seen in their designs. If you do not like their style, they can show you 100 logos...you will probably not like them. Not because they are not talented designers, but because their style does not match your desired style.
 
With LogoMojo the large initial selection of logos will ensure there will be elements that will catch your eye and spark a creative direction for the next round.

Q :  How would I know that my payment was accepted?

Answer: 
One of our representatives will send you a confirmation via e-mail detailing the design package you ordered and the approved payment.

Q :  Do I really get to speak to the logo designers?

Answer: 
Yes, you speak to the actual logo designers that will be working on your project. Communication is vital to the design process. Most design firms deal ONLY via e-mail because their designers do no work in-house, this is the reason their packages are less expensive.
 
BEWARE
, many of our clients come from other on-line logo design firms, they tell us that their web site mention direct communication, but when they try to contact their designer they are told to ONLY use e-mail for any correspondence. With LogoMojo, you have unlimited alteration and direct communication before, during, and after your logo design project via telephone.

Q :  I need my logo created right away, can this be done?

Answer: 
We offer a 24 hour express logo design service. This means our designers will stay after business hours and develop your logo. The quality and creative process will not be compromised.

You may request an express service when you place your online order by checking the "express design service" box on our logo design order form.

Q :  Do I receive an invoice for your services?

Answer: 
One of our account department managers will e-mail you an invoice stipulating the package you ordered and what is included.

Q :  How do I pay for your design services?

Answer:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Wire Transfers, certified checks and money orders are also accepted but must be received before design work commences.

Q :  Has LogoMojo created all the logo designs displayed on this site?

Answer:
All the logo designs that are displayed on the LogoMojo.com web site have all been created by our in-house logo designers.

They are actual logo designs that have been displayed to our clients. They might not all be the FINAL version chosen by our clients, but they have all been custom created by LogoMojo.com.

Q :  Does LogoMojo create custom designs or do they use clipart images and pre-designed icons?

Answer:
LogoMojo never recycles logo designs or used pre-made icons. All of our designs are created from scratch by our in-house design team.

Logo concepts that you do not choose are never used for another client project.

Q :  I did not see any logo samples of my industry in your portfolio, why?

Answer: 
LogoMojo has the largest logo design portfolio to date. Have you gone through all our samples? If you have gone through all our sample pages and still did not find any design in your industry, let us know and we will add a new section along with samples. With over 48 thousand logo samples and counting, it would be difficult to add all our logos to our portfolio.

Q : Does LogoMojo offer web design services?

Answer: 
Yes, LogoMojo offers custom web site services that can fit any budget. From simple 5 page HTML web sites, full blown e-commerce shopping carts, flash animation intros with sound, search engine optimized sites and much more.

Q : Would it be possible to enhance or modify my current logo to give it a fresh look and feel?

Answer: 
Yes. If you have an existing logo design, we can revamp it for you to give it a more modern look.

Q : Will I be able to speak to any designers before my logo project begins?

Answer: 
LogoMojo understands the value of our clients' ideas and feedback. One of our designer or project managers, depending on the project, will always speak to you directly before any work is started.
 
Constant communication is essential to the logo design brainstorming process and to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with you custom design. We appreciate all your comments and depend on them to succeed and prosper.
 
Not only do you have direct communication before the logo design project is started but during and after your project is completed as well. Q : How do I view my logo design concepts and request my alterations?

Answer: 
We will contact you via e-mail or telephone to provide you with a username and
password. You will then be able to view all design samples on your very own customized viewing page available to you 24 / 7.

This page will display all the designs we have created for you. You may access this page as many times as you wish and from any computer. You will also be able to give our design team your feedback using a feedback form located on your display page.

You may also call in and speak with your designers to discuss your alterations at anytime.

Q : How many changes / alteration can I have done to my logo, stationery designs?

Answer:
We offer unlimited revisions and modifications. You will be working directly with our in-house designers via telephone ( toll free ) and / or e-mail we also offer live chat with our project managers ( during business hours ). We will continue to work with you closely until you are completely satisfied with your final designs.

Q : What happens if I'm not satisfied with the initial logo concepts your team has created?

Answer:
If you are not satisfied with the initial logo design concepts, our senior logo designer will contact you and discuss the matter further and understand what went wrong. We will then create new design samples for you to choose from and we continue to work with you until you are completely satisfied.

You may also request a refund before requesting alteration, at this point we would credit your credit card.

Q : What happens if I notice that our final logo design is very similar to an existing logo design?

Answer:
Not a problem, just send us the logo design that resembles yours and we will recreate your logo design at no cost. This almost never happens, for 2 reasons:
 
 1) We have a huge databank of logo designs worldwide that we cross reference in your industry before we display your initial logo designs to you.
 
 2) Everything is custom created for you, so having a logo that looks very similar is rare.
 
 However it can happen, so just let your project manager know and we will re-create it at no charge.

Q : What is the difference between a regular logo design and an illustration design?

Answer: 
There is a substantial difference between regular logo designs and illustrated logo designs.

 - Regular logo designs
are simple yet unique and memorable images that are highly recognizable from any reasonable distance and size. An example would be Nike's "swoosh" and McDonald's "arches".

 - Illustrated logo designs
require more complex artwork with small details and usually are multi colored. Think of a mascot type design matched with the company name all in one image design.

The turnaround for these types of logos is 5 to 10 business days. Illustration prices vary depending on complexity and level of detail you request. Please contact us for a free, detailed price quote. info@logo-mojo.com

Q :  I want you to design my stationery, but I will be changing my address and telephone number soon, can I delay the stationery design process until I'm ready? Will I have to pay extra later on?

Answer:
We will do one better, we will create your stationery using your current contact information. Once you get your new office / contact information we will update your stationery at no extra charge.

Isn't the LogoMojo team great!

We will keep your stationery files on your display page until you are ready to update them. Once we have your new info we will make the changes and send you the updated stationery files.

Q : What happens after I choose my finalized logo and stationery design?

Answer:
The LogoMojo designers will supply you with all the necessary files to ensure high quality printing for promotional material, signs, stationery printing, web use and other digital media.

A CD-Rom, will be shipped to you directly. If your design package does not include a CD-Rom, one can be shipped to you for $29, which includes shipping and handling.

Q : How will I receive my final design files and can my printer use these files?

Answer:
You will receive your final design files via e-mail and via your customized LogoMojo viewing page. All files are in high resolution and are provided in both PC and MAC formats for any type of use: website design, stationery, promotional items, animation, signage, etc...

Simply supply those final logo files to your local printer and they will not have a problem with the reproduction regardless of the software program your printer is using.

A CD-Rom, will be shipped to you directly. If your design package does not include a CD-Rom, one can be shipped to you for $29, which includes shipping and handling.

Q : Can I use my final files for my stationery, outdoor signage, promotional items...?

Answer:
We supply you with the high resolution master files that can be used for any type of reproduction. You may supply your printer, web design company, advertising agency, etc. with the final files and they will never have a problem reproducing it regardless of the platform or software they are using.

We supply you with: JPEG, EPS, AI, PSD, CDR, BMP, TIFF, GIF,  and Word files for Mac and PC. You will also have the exact color codes ( CMYK and RGB ) and font used.

Q : I am using a Mac computer, will I have any problems using my final design files?

Answer:
Not at all, all final design files can be used for Mac and / or PC. We also supply you with the exact color codes and fonts making using your designs even easier.

Most online logo design companies do not supply color codes and fonts, this is an extra service charge. Make sure that these elements are included in your package. Many printers charge extra to match colors and fonts.

Q : I don't want my final logo to be displayed on your site...will this be a problem?

Answer:
No at all, you own the rights to the logo design you have finalized. Before we can display it on our web portfolio we must get written authorization by you and your company.

Q : Once I finalize a logo that LogoMojo created, do I own the rights to it?

Answer:
All the rights to the final logo and stationery design belong to you. We supply this to you in writing, you may register or trademark your final logo design.

Many logo design firms hold the rights to your logo design, make sure that this is not the case, it is important to own all rights to the design in order to avoid any legal issues after you have used it on printed material.
 
LogoMojo always supplies you with a written document which states that you own all rights to the final logo and stationery design.
